At VAYMODE, we aim to deliver your orders safely, smoothly, and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

  1. Order Processing

Once an order is placed successfully, our team begins processing it for confirmation, packing, and dispatch.

Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 working hours. During sale periods, new launches, festive seasons, or high-order volume days, processing may take slightly longer.

  1. Shipping Timeline

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location, courier availability, and serviceable pincode.

Metro cities and major towns may receive orders faster, while remote locations may take additional time.

  1. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to deliver your orders across India. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or the order tracking page where available.

  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Free shipping may be available during selected offers, campaigns, or on eligible orders as decided by VAYMODE.

  1. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected pincodes and orders. COD availability depends on courier serviceability, location, and order eligibility.

For COD orders, customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid delivery issues.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information. You can use the tracking link to check the latest status of your shipment.

Sometimes tracking updates may take 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

  1. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, refuses delivery, or provides an incorrect address, the order may be returned to VAYMODE.

Customers are requested to ensure that the phone number, address, and pincode entered during checkout are correct.

  1. Delayed Delivery

While we try our best to deliver orders on time, delays may happen due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, lockdowns, high shipment volume, incorrect address, or remote location service limitations.

VAYMODE will not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unavoidable external situations, but we will assist customers wherever possible.

  1. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

If an incorrect shipping address, phone number, or pincode is provided by the customer, delivery may fail or be delayed.

If the order is returned due to incorrect details, refusal, or non-availability, re-shipping charges may apply.

  1. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package.

If you receive a damaged package, contact us immediately with clear photos and clear videos with complete packed package to opening of the product and showing the damage of the product if present . We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

The video needs be clear and should contain the complete package opening till showing the damage of the product if your product is damaged 

  1. Missing or Lost Shipments

In rare cases, if a shipment is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will raise the issue with the courier partner and help investigate the matter.

Courier investigation timelines may vary depending on the logistics partner.

  1. Return to Origin

If an order is returned to us due to customer unavailability, refusal, incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unreachable contact number, it will be marked as Return to Origin.

For such orders, re-shipping may be possible after confirmation from the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply.

  1. International Shipping

Currently, VAYMODE primarily ships within India. International shipping, if introduced in the future, will be updated on our website.
