Return and Exchange Policy

At VAYMODE, we want every customer to receive the right product in the right condition. This Return and Exchange Policy explains when returns or exchanges are accepted, how to request them, and the conditions that apply.

  1. Return and Exchange Window

Customers can request a return and exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery with the most fastest and easiest way with the ONE-CLICK-EXCHANGE option by clicking the logo button in the website 

Requests made after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Items purchased during clearance sale, final sale, or special discount sale and campaigns are not eligible for return only exchange can be done for the sale and discount purchases 

  1. Eligible Products

Returns or exchanges may be accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original tags, packaging, and invoice/order details.

The product must be in the same condition as received.

  1. Size Exchange

If you ordered the wrong size or need a better fit, you may request a size exchange within the eligible exchange window.

Size exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, our team will guide you with the available options.

  1. Wrong or Defective Product

If you receive a wrong product, damaged product, defective product, or missing item, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and an clear unboxing video with complete opening of the package till the product damage if present.

The issue will be reviewed by our team. If approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or suitable resolution.

  1. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted in the following cases:

Products that are used, washed, damaged, stained, altered, or without original tags.

Products damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or improper washing.

Items purchased during clearance sale, final sale, or special discount sale and campaigns, unless the product received is defective or wrong.

Products returned without approval from VAYMODE.

Requests raised after the return/exchange window.

  1. Return Pickup

If your return or exchange request is approved, we may arrange a reverse pickup where service is available.

In some locations, reverse pickup may not be available. In such cases, the customer may be requested to self-ship the product to the address shared by our support team.

  1. Quality Check

All returned products will go through a quality check after reaching us.

If the product passes the quality check, the exchange, replacement, store credit and refunds are not possible in any cases.

If the product fails the quality check, the request may be rejected and the product may be sent back to the customer.

Exchange Shipping Charges

      For size exchanges or customer-requested exchanges, shipping or reverse pickup charges may apply depending on the location, order type, and offer conditions.

      For all the cases exchange are completely free ,only incase of usage of discount coupons and in sale purchases. In these conditions customer may be responsible for the exchange charges and shipping 

      If the exchange is due to a wrong or defective product sent by VAYMODE, eligible shipping charges will be handled by us.

      1. Order Cancellation

      Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

      1. Refused or Undelivered Orders

      If an order is refused, returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, unreachable phone number, or failed delivery attempts, the order may be marked as Return to Origin.

      For such cases, re-shipping charges may apply if the customer wants the order to be shipped again.

      To request a return , contact us with your order number, registered phone number or email, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos or clear unboxing videos

      All return, exchange, replacement, and refund requests are subject to review and approval by VAYMODE.

      VAYMODE reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the conditions of this policy.
