Returns and Refunds

At Vaymode, we strive to provide you with the highest quality luxury products. To maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our brand, we have a strict no-return policy. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns

Policy Overview:

  • We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
  • We accept exchanges only for size adjustments and in cases where the product is damaged or defective.

Size Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact our customer service team within 24hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and the desired size.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for sending the product to the Vaymode store (for address please contact our customer support. Shipping costs for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Our team will review the issue and, if approved, will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit.
  • Vaymode will bear the shipping costs for exchanges only if the product is confirmed to be defective. For non-defective size exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are not possible. If an exchange is approved for a damaged or defective item, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
