One-Click Exchange Guide:

To request an exchange, first visit our official website:

Scroll down to the bottom of the website.

In the footer menu, you will find the option:

One-Click Exchange

Click on it to open the exchange request page and start your exchange process.

 

Size Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact our customer service team within 24hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and the desired size.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original packaging and tags attached.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Our team will review the issue and, if approved, will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit.
  • Vaymode will bear the shipping costs for exchanges if the product is confirmed to be defective.

Return Policy

  • - Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • - Returns are applicable only for products purchased on normal days at regular price.
  • - Products purchased during sale, discount, promotional offers, combo offers, or special price offers are not eligible for return.
  • - The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.
  • The product tag and original packaging must be available.

    The email should include:

    Order ID

    Registered mobile number / email ID

    Product name

    Reason for return

    Once we receive the return request, our team will review the order details.

    Within a few hours, the customer will receive a reply confirming whether the product is eligible for return or not.

    If the product is not eligible for return, we will clearly mention the valid reason in our reply.

    If the return is approved, our team will arrange the next steps for return pickup.

    After the product is picked up and successfully delivered back to us, it will go through a quality check.

    Once the quality check is successfully completed, the refund will be processed immediately.

    Refunds are usually initiated within 5–6 hours after successful return delivery and quality check approval.
